Client Reviews of Levi and Crescent Park Media
I (Levi) wanted to share some recent feedback and results we’ve gotten from our clients. To keep it simple I just attached screenshots of conversations I’ve had and snippets from our monthly performance reports.
I thought this would be an easy way for potential customers to see what they can expect with reporting (very data driven, ROI focused breakdowns), observe the results I’ve gotten for my clients, and most importantly share how much more money + leads my clients get as a direct result of my SEO and PPC Services.
This message is from a Commercial Contractor/Builder I worked with for a couple years on an SEO Campaign. They had a good website, but it didn’t show up in google search results. After running the campaign, they were slammed with work, booked out a year in advance, and not only did they stop marketing, they couldn’t even keep up with their phone calls.
This next message is from a Commercial Catering company I worked with (I actually hired them to cater my own wedding in 2022 and after I mentioned to the owner I run an SEO business; we began working together on his site).
They were struggling after a slow couple year due to covid and lack of events as you can imagine. We got Ron’s site ranked for several commercial catering type words and within a few months they were back to pre-pandemic demand levels!
This was a message from Nate, a client of mine who ran an established Residential Construction + Renovation business. When we met, he was keeping busy, but didn’t have a super steady flow of jobs. He was also looking to get off the tools himself by growing the business and hiring some more guys, but didn’t have enough work, or consistent enough work to make that jump.
We ran SEO and Paid ads, and after a while he was also slammed. As you can see from his message above, he was booking new jobs about 6 months out and we stopped running ads since he couldn’t keep up. I also shared my interaction following that, since he of course kept the whole campaign, I had built, and I shared instructions on how he could utilize himself in the future for free.
Dennis is one of my best clients, we have been working together for a couple years and not only have we crushed it with his campaign but has referred me to some of his other friends. Most notably, Dennis dragged one of his buddies (Rob) into one of our checks in chats, told him to sign up with me, and told Rob that if I didn’t turn his struggling business around, he would personally pay my fees since I had already made him so much month. Fortunately, I held up my end and Dennis didn’t have to cut any extra checks.
Anyways, when we began this campaign Dennis’ Landscape business was doing well but he wanted more stability in his calls, and most importantly the ability to be pickier with his jobs and not take crappy, complicated, low margin jobs. After getting his site ranked for all the keywords, we choose the number of calls he’s been getting has shot up. He now takes job close to his home and works with clients he likes. No more bad clients + commutes over the Port Mann bridge for him and his crew!
This is a message from an e-commerce (online store) client I work with on both SEO on Ads. One of the best parts of this campaign is how high the return on ad spend is for these guys. As you can see, for every dollar in ads they spend with me, they get $10 in sales. They’ve scaled their business significantly in the time we’ve been working together and sales from google ads and SEO (organic search) make up a significant portion of their revenue.
Here’s a breakdown showing the sales we’ve attributed to our Google Ads (PPC) and SEO (Organic Search campaign) in the first full year of working together.
As you can see, I’ve made them over 550k+ in sales, and it costed them 40k in total marketing costs (about half of which was google ad spend)
One of my oldest clients runs a Plumbing Business with his brother in Vancouver, and after a year or so of working together he sent me his quick-books accounting breakdown to show how much better he has been doing since we started working together. As you can see below, not only he is making more than twice as much, but his monthly revenue is also way more stable than it was previously.
This last message is from a Lock Smith I just started working with, and we are only a two months into the campaign. They hadn’t done much SEO before, and the site didn’t rank for many key words. But since starting SEO, we were able to identify and begin ranking his top target keywords on page one. Now after just a couple months they are already noticing increased call volume and bookings!
Example Monthly Performance Reports
This next section will be a bit more technical and will highlight some portions of the monthly performance reports I share with my clients. You’ll notice they are all in the same format, and are all to the point, just showing ranking changes, and analytics/sales data.
This first one is for a Moving Company I work with. For those of you who haven’t seen Google Analytics data, you’ll notice on the right that the number of goal completions (which for this client are calls or quote request) went up by 25% that month. Compared to the month prior they were getting multiple more calls a week. In addition, the way more people were coming to their site. And this is data just from organic search results, people coming to their site of Google Search, so isolates results from SEO efforts.
This is a screenshot from another local service business, whom I run PPC and SEO for. This is from the PPC section of their report and breaks down efficiency of their ad campaign over time. Follow along with the reports commentary to get a feel for just how much better I am running their campaign then the agency they fired before me was.
This was an extra breakdown I added to a client’s report, who was running their own PPC ads and just had me doing SEO. I wanted to share how productive the SEO was, and breakdown how much of their business came as a direct result of my efforts, and not the other marketing work they were doing (I knew SEO was the only thing moving the needle and had to demonstrate that to them)
Here is the SEO portion of another ecommerce business I work with, showing the growth in sales they made from organic traffic only within a few months of working together.
Here is a PPC report I shared with an ecom business, breaking down all aspects of the campaign. As you might imagine they were very pleased with the remarkable positive results they got, as they were quite literally printing money.
This last one is a bit more boring but wanted to end this review page with a ranking report, which really is the heart of my business (improving google rankings). Should be easy to follow along with, you have target keywords, starting rank (blank means unranked) and then the google icons mean current page and rank). Then on the right you have lifetime change, and search volume.
By taking all these words that are relevant to the client’s business, from unranked, to page 1, we get more people seeing their site in search results, who then click it, and call in. It really is that simple, and yes, it’ll work for your business too. SEO is the same regardless of industry, we just change the keywords for each client.
